The cards are included in black and white and color. The cards are all the same. This bingo game is played slightly differently than a regular bingo game. There is no one calling certain items or rows. Players are responsible for watching a hockey game and their surroundings to find each of the items on the card.
When a player finds one of the things listed, they can cover the square with a small item, use a bingo dabber to mark it off or simply cross it off with a pencil or marker to indicate the item has been found. The items can be found in any order.
Bingo dabbers are always a favorite with kids, but they can get messy. Using a clipboard to attach the bingo page to, can help by giving children a hard surface.
The game may be completed quickly or it may take awhile to find each of the items. May of the things on the bingo card require players to watch the game carefully and spot items when they happen.

Each of the squares include something, commonly found in a hockey arena for players to find. From a player scoring a goal and a broken hockey stick to a referee and a player tying their skates, this game has everything you’d find at a game!
Some of the boxes, are more challenging to find, such as a player without gloves. This can be found as players take a drink on the bench, or can even include players coming in for a game and aren’t fully dressed yet. You can choose how specific you allow the findings to be.
Alternative Ways to Play
Another fun way to use the bingo game is to include a prize for players when they fill the card. It can be a small treat that children earn during the game. It can also be a prize for the first family or team that completes the card.
Another way to play is to encourage players to take photos of each of the items when they find them. This keeps players accountable, but it also make the game a lot more challenging. Players will always have to be ready to get a picture.
If you think that the game is going to be too challenging or many of the items are not available at your game, you can change the challenge slightly and require players to fill only a row, four corners or a line.
