When I teach health, the idea of emotions always comes up. I created these worry stones with all of the kindergarten students that I teach on prep. Students choose 2-3 different colours of oven baked clay and they slightly mixed them together.
They rolled it into a ball and then lightly pressed their fingerprint onto the clay. I bake them and students get to keep them. Whenever they are feeling worried or want to feel calm they were encouraged to use the worry stone. It was a great activity and, I feel, an important discussion.
